Where Are Your Belts Made?

Our belts are all designed, cut, and sewn by us in house in Texas.

Are Your Products Berry Compliant?

We strive to keep everything we do with products made in the USA, but it could be difficult to maintain Berry compliance across the board as our portfolio increases. Our Berry compliant products will be noted as such on the product page. Simply look in the features section and see if that specific product is Berry compliant.

Do You Have Coupon Codes?

We do codes for special occasions or holidays, but we do not provide coupon codes on an individual request basis.

Do You Have Military/First Responder Discounts?

Yes! We believe in serving the people who serve the community. Whether you are active duty, reserve, or retired military/first responder, you can receive a discount once you confirm your status through GOVX ID. Simply add an item to your cart, where you will find the "GOVX ID" tab. Clicking the tab will take you to the GOVX ID page, where you can create an account or sign in. Once confirmed, your first responder discount will be automatically applied.

How Do I Get a Refund or Warranty a Belt

Clearance items are not subject to returns. Non-clearance items bought with a coupon code CAN BE refunded.

Clearance items still carry the lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

Orders canceled prior to package being dropped off with carrier will be refunded in full. Orders canceled after shipping will require the item to be shipped back. Fast turn around and shipping is a core value of ours, so If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process the request.

Returns are accepted within 1 week of package being delivered. Products must first be shipped back and be inspected. Once inspected, the order will be refunded minus the shipping charge.

Warranty items are first required to be shipped back for inspection. Once inspected and confirmed to be a manufacturing issue, the customer can choose from a full refund or a substitute product. If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must take pictures to provide evidence of initial condition.

I Messed Up My Sizing, Do You Offer Resizing?

Clearance items are not subject to resizing. Non-clearance items bought with a coupon code CAN BE resized.

If the belt arrives in the incorrect size, the customer can request a resizing for the cost of shipping within 1 week of package being delivered. After contacting our customer service, the customer ships back the belt for inspection. Once the belt is inspected, a new belt in the correct size is sent to the customer after the customer pays $5 (+ tax if applicable) for a new shipping label.
