Project Dart is the answer to our own desire for a inner/outer system that was low profile, rigid, and at a great value. Multiple layers of Curv and a 500D cordura skin keeps the belt lightweight and still structurally stiff enough to support all your gear.
The Raptor Buckle makes sizing quick and secure, while the adjustment tail can be rolled up and tucked away with the keeper. Storage is also made easy with the included hanger that slots into the cobra buckle. If you want a different buckle, our design allows it to be hot swapped for a different color or larger release tabs.
An overlapping tail provides continuous structure and removes a common weak point at the buckle, making front mounted accessories like horizontal mag pouches more secure. Designed for onewrap and belt mounts like Tek-Lok, there are no holes in the Curv which means the integrity of the belt's core is not compromised.
Included with our outer belt is the buckless version of our Aramis inner belt. The curv lined inner belt serves as the ideal foundation for our outer belt and provides further rigidity where it matters the most.
Sizing Guide
DO NOT USE YOUR PANTS SIZE OR OTHER COMPANIES' BELT SIZE!
Pants/belt sizes have too many variables, so use the actual measurement of your waist in inches.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend moving down a size. For example, if someone's waist is 35" and between the sizes 32"-36" and 34"-38", they should get the smaller size 32"-36".
If you are between three sizes, we recommend choosing the middle size. For example, if someone's waist is 36", they would be between the sizes 32"-36", 34"-38", and 36"-40" and should get the middle size 34"-38".
