A good sling is quintessential to rounding out a rifle setup. Often, we find ourselves picking between a lower-profile sling that is easier to stage but digs into our neck/shoulder and is uncomfortable to use for long periods or wider slings that are more comfortable but heavier and can get in the way. Our shooter sling finds the perfect middle ground by combining the best of both worlds.

The Shooter Sling uses 1" webbing at the attachment points so that the area closest to where you want to manipulate the weapon stays low profile. The sling widens to 1.5" in the center, spreading the rifle's weight over a wider area, allowing for greater comfort.

We also found that the usual adjustment tabs on slings are too similar to the rest of the sling and didn't provide enough grip. To remedy this, we used Paracord to wrap a monkey fist around the sliding hardware. The Paracord makes it easy to immediately identify through visuals and feel. At the same time, the monkey fist provides a convenient end-stop, allowing quick adjustment without slipping.
